Acceptance of Terms

Life Mu (https://mulife.fun/) provides its services to you under the following Terms of Service ("ToS"), which may be updated at any time without prior notice.

“Life Mu” refers to Life Mu and its affiliates, including subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and other corporate structures under common management. In these Terms we may also refer to Life Mu as “We” or “Us”.

By continuing to use the Service after any update to the ToS, you agree to the updated terms. When using certain Life Mu services, you are also subject to any posted rules or guidelines applicable to those services. Such rules are incorporated into these ToS by reference.

Life Mu may provide additional services governed by separate Terms of Service. These ToS do not apply to such services.

The formation, interpretation, and enforcement of this agreement, as well as any disputes arising from it, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Service Description

Life Mu provides users with access to a wide range of online resources including communication tools, forums, trading services, personalized content, and proprietary programs through its network of resources (referred to as the “Service”).

Unless stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or expand the current Service, including the release of new Life Mu resources, are subject to these Terms of Service.

You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS IS" and Life Mu is not responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user data or personalization settings.

To use the Service you must have access to the Internet and are responsible for any fees associated with such access.

You must also provide all equipment necessary to access the Service, including computer, modem, or other devices.

Registration Responsibilities

By registering an account you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration ("Registration Data").
• Maintain and promptly update your Registration Data to keep it accurate and current.

If Life Mu has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided is false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

Life Mu cares about the security and privacy of its users, especially minors. Parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to grant them access to the Service must supervise their usage independently.

Refund Policy

Virtual goods including web shop items and all types of credits or coins are digital products.

We do not provide refunds for virtual goods once an order has been placed. If you experience problems receiving or using purchased goods, please contact our support team.

By making a purchase on our website you acknowledge and agree that refunds are not possible. Any requests for full or partial refunds will be declined.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not proceed with payment.

Account, Password and Security

After completing the registration process you will receive an account and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.

The sale, transfer or purchase of other users’ accounts or any in-game resources (including characters, items or credits) is strictly prohibited.

You agree to:

• Immediately notify Life Mu of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session.

Life Mu will not be responsible for any losses resulting from failure to comply with these security rules.

User Conduct

All information, data, text, software, music, photos, graphics, videos, messages and other materials ("Content") posted through the Service are the responsibility of the person who submitted such Content.

Life Mu does not control user-generated content and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality.

By using the Service you may be exposed to content that you find offensive, indecent or objectionable. In such cases Life Mu is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of such content.

Trademarks

All trademarks, logos and service marks ("Trademarks") displayed on the Site or within the Service are the property of Life Mu or third parties.

Use of these trademarks without written permission from the owner is prohibited.
